Product Review: Magic Kuchen 5-Blade Herb Shears

So I cant remember if I mentioned it, but I have decided to become a product reviewer.  So this is where I am selected by companies and am able to get free or discounted items in exchange for my unbiased and honest opinion.  

Some of you may know that I LOVE to cook, so I thought hey this would be a great opportunity to check out some fun items that I wouldn't normally purchase.  So the first item that I received were these super cool 5-blade herb shears!!!   When I saw this item my ears perked up like a little dog!! I was so glad that I was able to try out the product in exchange for my honest opinion, and it did not disappoint. When they were delivered they came with a discount code for to purchase another pair or any other product offered by Magic Kuchen and this super cool cleaning tool.  At first I had no idea that it was a cleaning tool until I stared at it for about 5 minutes. lol

My first impression of the quality was amazing... they are heavy, the blades were very sharp and the grip was very comfortable.  So to test them out, I decided to cook some spaghetti with fresh basil, oregano, mushrooms, garlic, and onion.  So the first items I tried were the basil, oregano, and garlic... and as I imagined, they diced them perfectly with ease... Then I thought, hmmmm, let me get a little creative so I tried to cut the onion. Now first and foremost I knew I had to slice the onions to cut them... but when I tried to cut with the shears the slices were too thick, so I had to separate the rings, then they diced nicely. I also cut up some mushrooms and those diced perfectly.

All in all, I loved the shears. The gripping was comfortable and they are a perfect item for any person who loves to cook to have in their arsenal!!
